Colonel Cuddles is the current President of Oli Town, and Supreme head. He is also commander and chief of the Oli town armed forces and Chairman of the Cuddles Dictatorship Party. He was born on the 6th June 1932, his father Sir Arthur Cuddles was a famous general for the Camdonion Colony of the United Kingdom, his brother Cavaliercuddles is head of the Republic of Camdonia.
