Jerry Spiegel followed the Turtles around and wrote down every move that they made. He took on the alter ego, of the super villain the Swatter (basically a parody of The Shredder). He released mutant termites into the Conspicuous Consumption Mall. He wanted the Turtles to surrender to him or he will unleash the termites onto the rest of the City. He caught the turtles in flypaper and asked them twenty questions. He was stopped by Bugman and explained that he was just doing research for his latest comic book.
