Project Beacon, also known as Operation Beacon, was a Volkoff Industries undertaking run by Alexei Volkoff himself. It was first mentioned in "Chuck Versus the Cubic Z", when Heather Chandler was questioned about the project after Chuck flashed on it. In "Chuck Versus the Coup d'Etat", whilst in Costa Gravas, Chuck flashed on the nuclear weapons equipment Premier Allejandro Goya secretly has, revealing it was stolen by Alexei Volkoff as part of the project.
