Vitorcine Townsend (pronounced vih-TORE-seen) was a part-blood raka citizen of the Copper Isles. She was also a maid to a wealthy luarin family, and was asked by Topabaw and Grosbeak to spy on them. She was Lady Isalena's personal lady's maid. She regarded Lord Obemaek to be almost like a father to her, and she was saddened when Topabaw forced her to spy on them.
