The Mega Man Torso is Dead Rising clothing awarded for completing the Punisher achievement. The Punisher achievement is awarded if in a single play through of 72 Hour Mode, Frank kills at least ten psychopaths. Frank MUST first beat the game with the achievement unlocked in order to get the outfit. Like all achievement outfits, this outfit is in a brown paper bag in the Security Room around the air duct. Mega Man Torso does not count toward the Sharp Dresser or Clothes Horse Achievements.
