From the makers of ShakyTower, Light's Out! is a Japanese video game developed by Speed Studios and published by Hooplah Corporation and HyperBees, it was made exclusively in Eastshield (as well as some other free republics) and for PengStation 3. The whole story about the game is that the entire Earth becomes a dark, sunless, planet, it is unknown who is responsible for doing this, but he used to be a penguin prankster's rival quite a long time ago, since then, he decides to make the world a barren planet when he grew up hating anybody else. Therefore, the prankster and his friends must retain the Earth's peace and defeat the mysterious avenger along with his minions.
