Henghist was the son of the Viking leader Ragnar the Strong, but was much more warlike than his father. In 996, at the court of the Saxon lord Wemba, he murdered his father and attempted to place the blame on Wemba. Though he threatened to kidnap Amy Pond and Lady Frida, he was defeated by the Eleventh Doctor and Rory Williams in a football penalty shoot-out. (COMIC: They Think It's All Over)
