Joe Buckley was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Holding the rank of Lieutenant and serving in the LAC wing of HMS Hydra, he was the Tactical Officer of HMLAC Cutthroat. He died when the LAC was destroyed in the Battle of MacGregor. (HH9)
