Milohai City is a snow-covered city located in the far North-East of Tezen. Milohai City and the two routes that lead off from it (Route 21 and Lake Milohai) are also completely covered in snow. While the Milohai region has always been known as a cold one with frequent snow-storms, the thick blanket its plagued by in Pokemon Luminescence is caused by the Zodiac Pokemon Marice. The west of the city is dominated by cliff faces, many of which have houses seamlessly built into the them. The east of the city has a layout remarkably similar to Lacunosa Town in Unova.
