In the Pendragon universe, Noah Wrightson was the seventh commanding officer of the USS Cantabrian (NCC-24705) between 2369 and at least 2379. In 2379, Wrightson attended the new Deep Space 9's commissioning ceremony after Project Restoration's completion. On the Promenade, he met Daniel Radke, also attending the ceremony, representing the USS Cuxhaven's crew. Wrightson felt an attraction to Radke and brought a bottle of Saurian brandy to the latter's quarters where they talked about the M'Tar. They began a relationship that night.
