While the Cataclysm split the world in half and divided the people, all can appreciate Aion's sacrifice and the gifts bestowed upon humanity. The first Daeva's Day marked the ascension of the first Daevas (after the twelve Empyrean Lords), but over time it became an annual occasion to celebrate all Daevas new and old.
