Officially known A.R.G.U.S. One also known as A.R.G.U.S. Headquarters or A.R.G.U.S. HQ is the main base of operations for A.R.G.U.S. and The Suicide Squad and Former base of operations of Easy Company. It's located in Starling City and has been at one point laid siege by Captain Boomerang in a one man attack on the base however Green Arrow, Arsenal and The Flash a short time into the attack were also able to infiltrate the base and stop the attack.
