The Victory Dance is a dance that toons do after they beat a cog or save a cog building. The victory dance is similar to the emotion dance, only the emotion is shorter. Victory Dance is also a dance move in toon parties. When toons use the Resistance Salute when they dance, this emotion will be stopped until another emotion is used.
