The Blood Brotherhood are a secret organisation that are intent on slaying the Draculas. They are only briefly seen. Erin Noble phones them with information in Faustian Slip, using an advertisement in Fang Magazine. When they arrive outside Garside Grange they are confronted by photographers from that magazine. Quickly dispatching them, they move towards the entrance - only to be confronted by a dolled up Renfield.
