Teen Tornado is a tall, spinning-themed teenage villain with a purple costume and orange messy hair. He was first mentioned by the Toiletnator in Operation: C.A.N.Y.O.N., who read that he broke up with a girl named "Prom Queen" in a comic called Teen Villun. And later appears in Operation: A.W.A.R.D.S., where he won the Best Teen Villain award and is seen sitting next to the fishbowl-headed villain. Teen Tornado has never been seen fighting any KND operatives.
