Toppazzini was an American soldier who participated in Operation: Deliverance. After the battle in the bus depot, Toppazzini was given an order by Captain Winters to deliver the M-12 Sabertooths, when he noticed Spire Missiles in the sky; as he pointed it out to Winters it was already too late. It is assumed that he was transformed into a Chimera, most likely a Hybrid.
