thumb|300px|right|Tic-Tac Tutorial video A tic-tac is a parkour technique where, one utilizes a wall or other such object to push up or off to gain height or distance in order to do something else, such as a precision jump or a wall run or maintain constant movement. The term tic is sometimes used to describe instances where just one foot comes into contact with an object, however, it is most common for the term tic-tac to be used for all such movements.
