Westmore Hotel was a luxury hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. Secretary of Defense James Heller stayed in the hotel when he visited Los Angeles just before Day 4, and his staff including Jack Bauer and Audrey Raines also stayed in the hotel. The night before Day 4, Jack left flowers for Audrey and surprised her in her room, and two spent the night together.
