This quest is started by speaking to Delgado in Harbour Town. * Speak to Fuller (Costa's Bodyguard) and challenge him to a fight, beat him but don't kill him. * Speak to Costa and start a fight with him, defeat him (but don't kill him) and loot the money from him. * Return to Delgado, he shall reward you with 150 Gold and experience.
