The guys have printed the letters "J-A-C-K-A-S-S" and a "WARNING: Don't Try This At Home" sign on pieces of paper. Johnny staples the letters on Steve-O's ass one by one. (Steve-O is wearing some sort of duct tape underwear.) Steve-O then turns around to show the crew members how it looks. Finally, the warning disclaimer is stapled onto Steve-O's back.
