The Furry Files are files kept by the Monarch of the World, King Furry, that list all names, addresses, birthdates, and pretty much any information on every character in the DBR universe who resides on Planet Earth. King Furry has used the files to locate, arrest, and relocate certain people that could be seen as a threat to his duties. The Furry Files reside in the third drawer of his file cabinet in his office. Ironically, the salt shaker Kakarot was contained in sits atop the very same file cabinet during a few episodes.
