Kehp is the Weegee of Kip who is the founder of an evil organization known as the Kehkets. He has the ability to launch explosive rockets and absorb air to create a vacuum to kill and suffocate people. Kehp once blew up Eubie, Wayne, Twinkle and Kip in a YTP video when they had saw Wuain, Twenkul and Joonawnehta dancing which made Kehp thought they were planning to threaten him and his friends, but Eubie, Wayne, Twinkle and Kip survived the explosion.
