Sir Charles Hedgehog was an inventor responsible for creating the Roboticizer in the world of Dark Mobius. At some point, he became involved in the resistance against the villainous Dark Enerjak. Cutlass Depardieu wrote to Jani-Ca, leader of the Dark Freedom Fighters, to connect her with Chuck so that his Roboticizer technology might be utilized on behalf of injured resistance fighters.
