The unnamed Receptionist was the receptionist of the hotel at which Becky McDonald stayed in June 2011. She refused to tell Becky's husband Steve her room number because it was against policy. She then took a phonecall complaining about the noise from the party in Becky's room and inadvertently let the room number slip in front of Steve.
