Garrard was part of an anti-human cult. He devised a plan to destroy all humans as he and the cult saw them as a threat. He was also in league with the Pantheon. He later realised he was being tricked and stopped the robots he had programmed to destroy the humans. (COMIC: Agent Provocateur)
