Officer O'Malley was a uniformed policeman who was eager to contact the tire bootlegging gang run by B-B Eyes. However, Eyes discovered that O'Malley was a policeman and killed him. Eyes later delivered the tires and O'Malley's body to Dick Tracy - along with a sneering note. Tracy vowed to send B-B Eyes to the electric chair.
