The Hollijolli Mayor is the mayor of Hollijolli Village in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. He wears a large red coat, and has a white beard. The mayor tried to hide from some Shroobs and got stuck in a chimney. Mario and Luigi helped him out though. But immediately after Mario and Luigi got him out of the chimney, the Shroobs abducted him and took him to Toadwood Forest.
