Traffic Congestion is a situation where a nation's roads become too crowded for drivers to get anywhere timely, upsetting Commuters and Motorists, making some Motorists give up their hobby, and causing a drop in the GDP. Traffic congestion is caused by high amount of Car Usage among the population without enough money going towards Road Building to make room for everyone. Alleviating these problems will help clear up the congestion, as will building a mass transit system by funding Bus Lanes, Bus Subsidies, and Rail Subsidies.
