Patrick S. Jeffrey (born June 24, 1965) is a retired diver from the United States. He twice competed for his native country at the Summer Olympics, in 1988 and 1996. His best result was a ninth place in the Men's 10m Platform event in Atlanta, Georgia (1996). Jeffrey twice won a bronze medal in the same event at the Pan American Games, in 1991 and 1995.
