You need to fetch two Zapper Skins and a Zapper Tongue for a client. Both are dropped by Zapper Frogs, which can be found in B3F of the Golden Lair. Simply wander around on B3F until you run into monster encounters. Kill the frogs, and collect the necessary materials. Once you do, return to Tharsis and report the results of the request to get your reward.
