Ilia Tkachenko (born December 26, 1986 in Perm, Russia) is a Russian Ice dancer. From 2006 throuhg 2008, he competed with Maria Monko. They teamed up in 2006 and were the 2007 Russian Junior national silver medalists. They placed 5th at the 2007 World Junior Figure Skating Championships. They are the 2007 Junior Grand Prix Final champions. Their partnership ended after the 2007-2008 season. From 2002 through 2006, Tkachenko competed with Anastasia Gorshkova. Together, they were the 2005 World Junior bronze medalists.
