Lord South bitterly loathed Lord North and spearheaded his impeachment as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland in the year 1782. Lord South fully expected to be appointed as his foe's successor, but he was shocked when the Marquis of Rockingham came out of retirement to take office once again.
