Fallit Kot was a male of an unidentified humanoid species who, in 2362, partnered with Quark to capture a transport of Romulan ale. This scheme failed, and Quark gave up Kot to the Romulans to avoid prison time. Kot was released from his Romulan prison in 2370 and traveled to Deep Space 9 intending to kill Quark. Instead, he shot another of Quark's business partners, a Yridian named Ashrock, and attempted to steal the Rings of Paltriss. He was stopped while attempting to escape to the Gamma Quadrant by Lieutenant Melora Pazlar. (DS9 episode: "Melora")
