Sakae Kaminagi (神凪 栄え, Kaminagi Sakae) is the current Priestess (世声, Yosei; lit. "Voice of the World") of the Gogyō Temple located in an isolated island within the Land of Water. As the current Master of the Inyō Gogyō, she is renowned among her people as the "Dancer of the Five Phases" (五行の神楽, Gogyō no Kagura; lit. "Divine Entertainer of the Five Phenomena"). Recently, she has left her small island, traversing the world for the sake of finding a means to permanently put a stop to the massive climatic alterations impacting her people as a result of the eventual backlash of the Fourth Shinobi World War's events.
