The black dragon is a sixth tier upgraded unit of the Warlock faction in Heroes of Might and Magic II, recruited by upgrading the red tower in a Warlock town to a black tower. The black dragon is one of the ultimate units of Heroes of Might and Magic II, comparable only to the titan in terms of strength. It is the upgrade of the green dragon and red dragon, and it is the only unit to be upgraded twice linearly.
