Only Bully Wiki administrators and bureaucrats may change the quotes at the top of articles which contain them. This rule was created to prevent edit-warring over which quotes were featured in the articles. If you feel it is important to change a quote, you may propose a new one on the article's talk page. As a rule of thumb, we do not use quotes that are posted on the Soundboard, as it is assumed most readers are familiar with those quotes.
