The unnamed Driver tried to make a delivery to Underworld one day in October 2015 but was prevented from doing so by a fleet of vehicles parked outside Webster's Autocentre awaiting repair. He asked Kevin Webster to move the cars but was told to drive round to the rear entrance of the factory instead. The man objected, saying it was almost his dinnertime and Sophie Webster grew angry when he called her father a "wazzock". Kate Connor stepped in to argue with Sophie over the cars and a fight almost broke out between the two girls while the driver watched on nonchalantly, munching away at his sandwich. Eventually he grew impatient and took the earlier advice, driving to the back of the factory to complete his job.
