The Takehoushi no Jutsu (Kanji: 茸胞子の術; English: Mushroom Spore Technique) is a Ninjutsu/Genjutsu utilized by the mushrooms. It allows them to expend chakra as a means of producing spores that are disproportionately high in spiritual energy. The spores' excess of spiritual energy allows them to be utilized both as a means of ensnaring one's target(s) within an illusion as a result of the target(s) inhaling the spores and as explosive fuel for the Immortal Fires of Samādhi.
