Hayden Milne was a Mesan citizen and an officer of the Mesan Alignment Navy. Holding the rank of Captain, he served as the commanding officer of MANS Genesis, the battlecruiser-sized "private yacht" of Albrecht Detweiler. Since he took the post in late 1918 PD, he was carefully trained never to refer to Detweiler by name. (HH12)
