The sprite is the first tier unit of the Sorceress faction in Heroes of Might and Magic II, recruited from treehouses in Sorceress towns. They can also be recruited from the Tree City on the adventure map. It is the only first tier unit that can fly, and while its ability lets it attack enemies without them retaliating, sprites should take care not to attack in situations where the enemy may overwhelm them, as they are one of the flimsiest units.
