Group Captain Adam Nugent Wise LVO MBE RAF (1943–2008) was Private Secretary and Equerry to Prince Andrew and Prince Edward from 1983 to 1987. Wise was born in 1943 and educated at university (receiving a BA), and the RAF College Cranwell. He became a pilot in the Royal Air Force, and qualified as a First Class Interpreter, and attended the Joint Service Defence College. Wise died on 14 February 2008.
