Richard IV (1883-1946) was the second monarch of the English House of Cartwright, and the son of John II. Upon his father's declaration of Kingship in 1928, Richard was proclaimed Crown Prince. Richard became King Richard IV of England and I of Scots, Wales, Ireland, the Netherlands and France upon his father's death in 1941. Near the end of the war, Richard commited suicide, and was succeeded by his son, Robert, who became Robert I of England, Ireland, and the Netherlands, II of Wales, III of France, and V of Scots.
