The Daidoji Daimyo's Estate was a large, lavish estate, across the Spine of the World Mountains, home of the Daidoji Daimyo. Traditionally, the head of a family took residence within the family's ancestral estate in Shiro Daidoji. In theory, this served to provide the daimyo with a home on both sides of the mountains, so that they might coordinate their armies regardless of where the conflict might be. The estate was a gift from the Doji and Kakita as a display of gratitude following the First Yasuki War. The household was far from any areas of strategic importance, allowing the Daidoji daimyo the opportunity to relax or as secure planning area.
