Stanley Morgan was a Police Chief, he was Danny Quinn's boss when he worked as a Detective. He didn't want to hear any more about Danny's brother being killed or the history about the Abandoned House. Before Danny quit his job, he gave him the chance to be the individual champion. (Episode 3.2)
