Pile O' Gifts are special 2-dimensional toon party decorations. They are not required in a party to start it. Their description is "Gifts for every Toon!" They are made up of a 2 red, 2 blue, 2 orange, 2 purple, a yellow, and a green present, making a total of 10 presents. They don't have much attraction (probably a rate of 0.004%), nor do toons even care if they are at a party. Toons may put presents in their party to take up space, and make the party decorations look pretty.
