Lana DiCamino was a female Human clone from the planet Mariposa, cloned from the Mariposan Progenitor DiCamino. She was one of the victims of the release of a genetically engineered pathogen into the Life Science Center, which killed hundreds of Mariposans in late 2376. While she seemed to be recovering from the initial infection, she suffered a serious relapse, marked by a number of fast-growing tumors, discovered by visiting USS da Vinci CMO Elizabeth Lense.
