Not long after the Treaty of Coruscant ended the Great Galactic War, Mandalore instigated a Great Hunt for Mandalorians only across the galaxy. Tarro Blood participated in the Great Hunt (competition), though he was badly beaten by other competitors. The competition ended with the victory of Artus Lok, who promptly killed the current Mandalore and assumed the title of Mandalore the Vindicated.
