Kiatke is a Timewalking reward vendor who is only active during Cataclysm Timewalking Dungeon Events. She can be found near a palm tree on an upper level just southeast of the Western Earthshrine, Orgrimmar or by the Eastern Earthshrine, Stormwind City on the island northeast of the Dwarven District.
