The Player's Guide to Eberron gives DMs guidance on where Frostburn content is found in Eberron. The various races of Frostburn (including the Uldra and the Neanderthals) are given homes in Eberron, and Icerazer: the Iceberg City is placed on the Frostfell above the entombed rakshasa rajah named Levistus.
