Ripplefur Windchaser is from the desert tribe Thunderstrider, one of the few "native" Demarian populations that had survived the Kretonian occupation. Once a Runner of all tribes, she had held at a young age an esteemed position that encompassed roles such as communicator, ambassador, lore-keeper, and a host of traditions for the tribes as a whole.
